Assalamu ‘alaikum
Akademi An Nur Husada Walisongo Lampung Utara akan kembali melaksanakan kegiatan Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat Desa (PKMD) di wilayah Kabupaten Lampung Utara yaitu di desa Kemalo Abung Kecamatan Abung Selatan. Insya allah acara ini diselenggarakan mulai tanggal 13 Desember 2021 sampai dengan tanggal 01 Januari 2022. Untuk pembukaan acara Insya allah akan dihadiri kades dari Desa Kemalo ABung, perwakilan Puskesmas Kemalo Abung, DanRamil/Kepolisan, RT, Ibu Asuh yang telah ditunjuk, Panitia dan serta segenap mahasiswa yang akan melaksanakan tugas PKMD.
Dalam Praktek Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat Desa ini mahasiswa mengawali kegiatan dengan observasi ke pelosok desa untuk mendapatkan data real penduduk desa setempat kemudian hasil observasi dipresentasikan dalam Musyawarah Masyarakat Desa (MMD) yang akan dilakukan di minggu ke 2
Adapun data kesehatan, meliputi jumlah penduduk berdasarkan kelompok usia, jaminan kesehatan yang dimiliki, jumlah perokok, riwayat penyakit, sumber informasi kesehatan, pengalaman penyuluhan kesehatan, penggunaan alat kontrasepsi, posyandu dan tempat membeli obat.
Sedangkan untuk data keadaan lingkungan, seperti cara membuang limbah rumah tangga, cara buang air besar warga, jarak sumber air dari septic tank, kepemilikan kandang hewan ternak, kondisi kandang hewan ternak, jenis dinding, lantai rumah dan atap rumah.
Data yang disajikan mahasiswa itu, dibahas untuk menentukan tindakan atau kegiatan yang akan dilakukan mahasiswa bersama – sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Utara , Puskesmas, pemerintahan desa, dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat khususnya di Desa tempat pelaksanaan PKMD.
